Man arrested for DWI

Police arrested Daniel James Toot for third-degree DWI at 2:25 a.m. today after Toot came to the dispatch window at the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center wanting to turn himself in for driving while intoxicated, according to reports. Shortly after, an Albert Lea police officer noticed a vehicle listed to Toot had hit a parked car in the Law Enforcement Center parking lot.

Well the man for sure has a drinking problem...lets hope he gets the major help he needs now to kick his habit of OVER drinking.

You have to give him credit for turning himself in.....one wonders whether he would have been so forthcoming if he had not hit a parked car. I am still laughing about this!
