Faith Lutheran women host friendship day

The Women of Faith Lutheran Church of London will be hosting a friendship day on Saturday. The day will begin with brunch at 10 a.m., followed by our speaker, Jean Hofmann from Battle Creek, Iowa. The title of her program will be “Mothering a Flock.”

Hofmann, the mother of 10 children and the wife of a professional sheep shearer, will share what she believes to be the proper perspective for coping with a busy life. She shares how she has learned the proper order of life with Christ as the Great Shepherd. She assures women that the jobs they have are very important to God. All women are welcome.
