Rebel boys lose third consecutive game

A poor shooting night led to a 64-42 loss for the United South Central boys’ basketball team Tuesday at the Blue Earth Invitational against Granada-Huntley-East Chain.
The Rebels (3-3) shot 24 percent from the field in the first half and struggled with the Mustangs zone defense throughout the game.
After starting the season 3-0 USC has lost its last three consecutive games.
Riley Swearingen led all scorers with 25 points for the Rebels while Mason Teachout led GHEC with 24.
