Duplicate bridge

The Austin Duplicate Bridge Club recorded the following results in recent play.

June 24: First, Russ Tendall and Arnie Lang; second, Loren Cleland and Bud Higgins; third, Romelle Enderson and Marilyn Gesme; fourth, Marge Blaser and Janis Borum.

June 17: First, Bonnie Fritz and Frank Rotta; second, Georgia Bissen and Edna Knobbe; third, Marilyn Gesme and Romelle Enderson; fourth: Oscar Haddorff and Jim Fisher.

June 10: First, Larry Crowe and Dick Hansen; second, Oscar Haddorff and Dick Paul; third, Vandy Newman and Millie Siever; fourth, Dave Ring and Orrion Roisen.

There will be a duplicate bridge party at noon on Wednesday, July 8, at the Village Co-op in Austin, two blocks north of Wal-Mart. The event is potluck and bring your own beverage.
