R&R Wrestling came to Freeborn Saturday night as part of Freeborn Day and it allowed for AWA fans to catch a glimpse of Rock ‘N Roll Buck Zumhofe.

Zumhofe wrestled against All Star Paul Brewski in a weasel suit match and in a six-way tag match with The Sheik Adnon Kaissey.

Doink the Clown, The Virgin Louisa Liece, Mystik Recognize, Little Tiger and Lover Kid Erik Lockhart were all part of the showcase, which TB3’s helped put on.

Around 100 fans turned out to cheer on Zumhofe and harass the other wrestlers. Fans also were able to get pictures with wrestlers and one fan was even body slammed by one of the wrestlers.

It was the second time R&R Wrestling has come to Freeborn, the first time was on St. Patrick’s Day.

Zumhofe said he puts on 140 to 150 shows a year across the country.
