Published Saturday, November 7, 2009
Crossroads Community Hospice and the Albert Lea Medical Center invite area residents to “Set Memories Aglow” this holiday season by donating money toward a light on the special hospice tree in memory of a loved one, friend or for someone living you wish to honor.
Donation form envelopes are available at the Albert Lea Medical Center Pharmacy, Alden Clinic, Kiester Clinic, Lake Mills Clinic, New Richland Clinic, Wells Clinic, KATE Radio, or by calling Crossroads Community Hospice at 377-6393.
A tree-lighting ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, on the front drive of Albert Lea Medical Center, 404 W. Fountain St. Refreshments will be served in the rotunda by hospice volunteers following the ceremony. The tree will remain lit through the holiday season.
Crossroads Community Hospice provides support and care for people in the last phases of terminal illness so they might live as fully and comfortably as possible.
