Grief series to begin Dec. 2

Albert Lea Medical Center will offer a grief support series beginning Dec. 2 through Jan. 20.
The group will meet each Wednesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church, 115 N. Washington St., Albert Lea.
This mutual-help group provides emotional support and shares practical help within a supportive environment to achieve a better understanding of the grief process.
The series is open to any adult who has experienced a loss through death. For more information and to register, contact Jane Hebert in Community Health Services, at 377-6393.
