First Lutheran to host Advent recitals

A series of Advent recitals will be held at First Lutheran Church on Wednesdays beginning Dec. 2. Each will be held in the church sanctuary and will run from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.
Each recital will feature the talents of area singers and instrumentalists.
On Dec. 2, Sharon Astrup-Scott will share her talents of voice and instruments.
Dec. 9 will showcase the talent of Bob Tewes at the organ.
On Dec. 16, Alice Holst will lift her alto voice in Christmas song. Concluding the series on Dec. 23 will be Holly Dalager, an oboist.
