The USC/A-C cross country teams competed at the Swain Invitational in Duluth Saturday. Thirty-six teams were represented in the competition, with the girls finishing in 13th place and the boys finishing in 19th.
“The Swain Invitational attracts most of the really good teams and individuals in the state,” said Rebels head coach Kent Viesselman. “The competition is exceptional.”
Taylor Allis led the girls’ team with a 37th place finish, while Daniel Elmer was the top Rebel boy, finishing in 44th.
Thursday, the Harriers travel to Waseca for an eight-team invitational.
