Birth Announcements

Elvis and Andrea Mitchell of Austin announce the birth of a daughter, Addison Rae, on Oct. 2, 2009, at Austin Medical Center. Addison weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. She joins a brother, Ethan, 3, and Alyssa, 11.

Grandparents are Dennis and Pam Schmidt of Albert Lea and Donovan and LeAnn Mitchell of Austin.

Great-grandparents are Larry and Ethel Lockman of Anoka and David and Delores Schmidt of Albert Lea.

David and Nicole Hoffman of Albert Lea announce the birth of a daughter, Autumn Love Hoffman, on Sept. 30, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Autumn weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces.

Grandparents are Scott and Cheryl Henriksen and Mark and Linda Hoffman.

Great-grandparents are Darlene and Arlo Doughty and Darlene and Bob Dreisbach.

Jeffrey and Jennifer Dahlen of 404 Fifth Ave., Freeborn, announce the birth of a daughter, Shelbie Lee Dahlen, at 4:06 p.m. Oct. 8, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Shelbie weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and joins a sister, Sierra, 10.

Grandparents are Richard and Elizabeth Dahlen of Albert Lea and Larry and Elaine Schutrop of New Richland.

Ashley Van Ryswyk and Tanner Kalvig of 521 E. 11th St., Albert Lea, announce the birth of a daughter, Chloey Sue Kalvig, on Oct. 1, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Chloey weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces.

Grandparents are Bruce and Charlene Holland, the late Steven Van Ryswyk and Mike and Tammy Kalvig.

Great-grandparents are EthelLea Moen, Dolores Van Ryswyk, Steven and Dianne, Elard and Florence Olson, and Harold and Kate Kalvig.

Guadalupe and Aunde Reyna of 502 Radel Court, Ellendale, announce the birth of a daughter, Brooklyn Renae Reyna, on Sept. 27, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Brooklyn weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces.

Grandparents are Warren and Susan Routh, Randy and Diana Paulson, Guadalupe Reyna Jr. and John and Kathy Erlandson.

Great-grandmother is Maria Garcia.

Brandon Franksain and Jazmin Johnson of 702 St. Thomas Ave., Albert Lea, announce the birth of a daughter, Maleah Lynn Franksain, on Oct. 16, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Maleah weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces.

Grandparents are Rick and Sherri Olson, Melissa Hernandez and Mark and Monika Carpenter.

Great-grandparents are Leah Olson, Marcia Johnson and Linda Boroff.

Dan and Theresa Hebert of Forest Lake announce the birth of a son, Ezra Jacob, on July 25, 2009, Ezra weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and joins brothers Ethan, 5, Micah, 3, and Jonas, 1 1/2.

Grandparents are Jane and Don Hebert of Albert Lea and Paulette and Bob Goodman of Lakeville.

Laura Marie Davis and David Francis Turner announce the birth of a son, Jack Davis Turner, at 8:01 p.m. Sept. 2, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Jack weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Grandparents are Marie Aasness Davis, Dan Davis and Nancy and Mark Greiner.
