I will not send my parent to any Good Samaritan facility.

The management is utterly incompetent and desperately needs to be fired.

Until Good Samaritan stops covering up for incompetence they do not deserve your faith and trust.

I don't want to hear how all the ladies of Good Samaritan were crying after work and how badly they felt.

I don't care if they feel bad. They are incompetent and need to be replaced.

The entire management needs to be replaced.

And until they are, no one should trust any Good Samaritan facility.

Believe me, they will be crying and feeling bad all over again when it happens to your parents in five years time.
