What a great thing! Hawthorne was my favorite park to work at back in the day. Always booming with kids. Thank you Grace Lutheran for helping to save a good thing!

Growing up the parks played such an important and positive part of my life. Both my sister and I were park leaders also. My kids are just getting to the age that they can participate and I hope that they will be able to keep it going! Such great memories!

Couldn't agree more with this letter. I truly believe that people don't quite understand how much work it takes to get things going - and Randy has done a great job at that. Hopefully the council will be able to keep it rolling.

Doesn't anyone remember the good teams we had during the mid-90's (which C-Baas was a member of a couple). There were some great student-athletes on those teams. I remember the excitment when the Tigers went undefeated for a long stretch one year. Fun times.

As far as Royce, it's just too bad. Would have nice to see a hometown boy on the team. We're still excited to have the Thunder in town though!
