As was posted last night, MARK ANDERSON, LEADER OF ALL, should enlighten NBC on his hiring tactics, "HIRE HER, SHE'S CUTE". It's time he move on back where he came from, maybe GSC will be what it was prior to his arrogant uncaring attitude that's destroyed the place and taken it to where it is now. They may also be interested in why he has each department head's spouse also working there. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

as was posted last night, MARK ANDERSON, THE BIG SHOT, maybe needs to inform NBC tomorrow on his tactics of hiring, "HIRE HER, SHE'S CUTE". It's high time he move on so GSC can go back to what it was. And clean out the rest of the Dept. Heads that have their spouses working there. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Management is in desperate need of change at GSC. I was informed by a former employee in mgmt that the administrator himself passed by a young girl filling out an app. and told HR to "hire her-she's cute". Several people I know have said GSC has the worst morale ever remembered by long-time employees over the last 7-8 years since this administrator has been there. Understandably so when half the department heads now have their spouse's working there also. It's a chaotic mess that really comes as no surprise. If you're cute you're in, if you do your job, you're out. What a crying shame those residents were abused in such ways and their "elite" management didn't pick up on it.
