I heard he was racing back to jail cuz he was late. Doesn't change anything....2 wrongs don't make a right, I'm sure the driver didn't intend to kill someone that day.

I'm sure there's an explanation for it I just don't understand it.
Terrible Terrible accident, He shouldn't have drank and then drove but there's not many of us who can say we've never done it, 2 drinks in 1 hr and you'd be at .08, I'm sure it was not his intention to kill someone that day.
My sympathy to all those involved. Especially to the family who lost their loved one.

I understand him being charged but how do you get so many counts? Three for one thing and 2 for another?

I am making a statement, I have a right to my opinion as do you mar, tell your sob story to the alcoholic or the person who's addicted to pot, what kind of jail sentence would they get for breaking the law? Tell it to the alcoholic that "accidentally" kills someone while under the influence. You do the crime you should do the time, people make choices, usually those choices change when they get caught or shall we say hit the bottom, at that point there's no where to go but up. I hope she turns her life around, never met the woman.
