don't forget there are two other radio stations in town that are locally owned. i listen to the fm classic rock all the time. they have "live" announcers and always keep the community informed on everything going on...plus they're funny. i believe in local owned business..they care more about the community than a corporate owned business. thats just my thought.

didn't the tribune promote something for this that the public was supposed to submit something to the paper to win this chance of trying out fair food and would be photographed at various venues? i see they used one of their own. and i do agree...everything tastes better at the fair! corndogs from the store don't compare in any way shape or form.

This person supposedly is not as nice of a person as she tries to portray. And since she used to work at a local media company I am assuming that is why a lot of negative comments were taken off.

Wow! It only took two weeks to put this in the paper. This is old news by now. I think the Tribune could have had something in the Sunday Paper on April 26th as this was on a Friday night....plenty of time to get something in...or at least in Monday April 27th's edition.

What about the other girls that were charged with not reporting abuse. If they know it happened can't they testify?

If I was charged with something and knew I was 110% innocent I would do everything in my power to show proof and clear my name. But when people are guilty they do everything they can to find some loophole to get out of it. That's whats happening here in my opinion. They know they are guilty but don't want to face the consequences and figure they can escape out the backdoor somehow.

she knows she did it. why doesn't she just go for a plea bargain (as much as i would not like to see that) and say..."okay, i'll tell you everything if i serve less time, get probation... or is that not really an option here?
