Are you serious???? The point that everyone was saying was that YOU did NO KNOW what happened but were ASSUMING what happened. Were you there? Do you know the full story??? NO! You are accusing someone of something that you don't know the truth about. How many times have you accused people to find out they were totally innocent??? I am thinking a lot. The only thing that was ever said is that you were ASSUMING and the problem with that is that sometimes innocent people get hurt. You need to stop judging people when you don't know the full story. Yes it might be true but it MIGHT NOT BE!!!! Then in your hastiness to prove someone guilty and saying crap, innocent people get bashed and they didn't do anything at all...

You should stop leading people to believe something that is just not true. They were NOT going down there to look at the site.
I also find it ridiculous that others say "I know for a fact they were up"... were you out there at 1:30am? Didn't think so. I also know some that know they were moved and I went out there (because I know the family and to try to get some closure) and they weren't the greatest setup while I was out there. Plus the news said that right now people are moving them. So if people are moving them now.... why isn't it a possibility that they were moved before.
In regards to the news, I listen to what is said on there but don't take everything for granted. Some things are wrong or they don't have all the info. We had a story run on our family one year and they screwed up how long we were married, what we do, etc... there were severl things wrong ... still a great story but information was still not correct.

Why do you allow such a person as hypocryt to write on all these heartless things??? why haven't you banned him yet? The man in this story could have had a heart attack, stroke, had alziemers, something... we don't know. For him to go on like this so heartless and his only intent is to get a rise out of people is sick. I hate to think of this man as being in some sort of position like an officer of the law. Officers need to have a heart and I am not seeing in this person.
Obviously, hypocryt, wingo isn't the only one that is sick of your babble.

In regards to the barricades...we have been told by the news and by papers that the barricades were moved and also that they weren't. We were also told they went around them then told they were moved. So obviously from all that it shows that it is possible the full true story is not out. Again, this article stated that it APPEARS that alcohol played a factor and that the officer said "there was some alcohol involved." It didn't say WHO and didn't say if it was a sip or over the legal limit. So why is all this bashing going on when we don't even know what was going on?
I was out to the site after the accident and there was one sign that was moved and if it was dark I wouldn't even have seen it because it was way in the ditch so don't tell me it can't be moved!!!

WOW.... I just heard on channel 3 that people are STILL moving the barracades! Shows you it at least is a possibility for this last accident! Come on whomever is moving the barricades... we don't want another accident! STOP MOVING THEM!

I don't understand why people have to accuse, blame and assume and when things haven't been fully researched and some of the information hasn't even been released! A lot has been in the news that is contradicting so how can you make a judgement? One of the stories said they drove around the barricade YET they turned around and said it was moved. How can you go around a moved barricade? You wouldn't go around it if it was moved. Another story said there were no skid marks yet I was out there after it happened and saw skid marks.... people have moved barricades in the past as a "joke" who knows... it might have happened in this case. To top it off, there is a rumor of him trying to jump the hole because he did it before... again, I was out there and there is NO WAY he would have ever jumped the hole so obviously that rumor is made up. If he did try in the past he would have crashed.
People need to think about what if this is totally an innocent case where someone actually did move it or forgot to put it back. People are innocent until proven guilty in this world... If you bash the driver and find out later that someone did move it, how would you feel then? You would have bashed an innocent person!
And in regards to the drinking...the article did not say he was drinking... it said it is manditory to do a blood test for drinking. So regardless if you do drink or not, they run the test. Shouldn't assume the driver was when we don't know!
So many are so quick to judge... are you going to tell me you never drove after drinking, drove when you are very tired (same thing as being drunk), was speeding... have you never broken a law? Let the one without sin cast the first stone!

There is more to this story that is not in papers or on the news.... shouldn't judge people based on what you think happened. Plus the simple fact that family read these and they don't need to hear these types of comments. They are going through enough...

We will miss you, Kelly! Our hearts will have a hole in it where you used to be.... My prayers go out to Landon and the girls that were left to live life without their girlfriend and mom. My prayers also go out to the rest of the family and friends. I pray God gives us all comfort and peace during this difficult time...
