Brian Davis had no involvement in the GOP prior to 2007, when he started to run for Congress. I wonder whether the GOP will ever see Brian Davis again after this trouncing.

Am I the only one who is sick of idiots who don't even live in our district, let alone our area, shilling in our paper in favor of their political candidate? I'll be so happy when the election is over and I'll never have to hear from this Ibish guy again.

Excuse me, but Davis defeated State Rep. Randy Demmer in the endorsement, not Senator Day. Looks like Davis is stretching the truth again.

hometownguy,

I hate to burst your bubble, but Obama said in his memoirs that he did a lot of cocaine when he was younger. It's true, but unfortunate that the media has never explored the issue. Regardless of whether you would be critical of Obama or not due to his past drug abuse, it would be an important story for young people to hear.

I say kudos to the AL Tribune for their endorsement. Brian Davis is the most unaccomplished First District candidate since Tim Droogsma. Dick Day got the shaft from the GOP and they threw away their one chance at beating Walz.
