are you talking about a drunk driver hitting someone or another car with people in it? If so, the person who has been drinking and driving should go to jail. I believe if a person is drinking with friends and then they all leave with the driver (who has been drinking) made the choice of getting in the car and riding with him or her, and if they get into an accident, and get hurt or die, it should not be the drivers fault. They made the choice of riding with a drunk driver, unless it is a child who didn't make the choice.

he chose to get behind the wheel...well the rest of the passengers chose to get in the truck with him driving they also made their choice. wingo, slap on hand,counceling, sounds good.

albertleab, you did here the real story? I hope they call you as a witness. did you know the driver is kelly jo's nephew and like i said before, he started a life sentence june 30,2008. did he drink? They all did. Will he serve time? Yes. Was this an accident? Yes. What road did they turn off of? Were the barricades all across the road? Did they know were they were? Who called for help? Oh,come onyou know the story, tell us!!!!!!!

some of you don't know this,---The driver of the truck, is kelly jo's nephew. He is kelly's three girls cousin. For those of you so eager for justice to be done, believe me, he started a life sentence on june 30,2008.
