paulsonj72, thank you for that piece of information. I think that needs to be out there so people can understand why there isn't a 1st degree charge right from the start. I know that made a lot of people mad but if that is the difference between a conviction and having him walk, I am for the second and third degree charge.

There have been some great points brought out here. I am just wondering...what is the cost of a rental inspection. Especially if it could mean the difference between a life being lost or saved. I also agree that we have to take responsibiIlity for our ourselves. That being said, does everyone know what to do to be their own advocate? No. I work in the health care industry and see it all the time there. There are many, many people who believe that if a doctor orders a test that they need it. This isn't always the case. I think that this can apply to renters also. If there is a house for rent, do you not believe that that house should be safe to live in? Not saying this house wasn't safe but with some of the comments I think we need to think about this. There are laws about selling houses where you need to make certian things known to the buyer, shouldn't that be the same with rentals? Just some thoughts.

Trifid, I think some counsiling is needed for you. It seems that you have some issues, that could be well justified, that seem to be ruling your life. I hope that you can find some peace for your sake. It can't be good to go through life with all of that hatred.

Why was the woman allowed to leave the vet with a dog that was injured and in pain?

I don't know the exact age but it was built in the last ten years. I don't know if it has had any updates or not.

There is a hog barn north of Myrtle on CR 30 and everytime I drive by it, it stinks. I also live not far from where they want to build this hog lot. I don't want it that close to my house. It affects more than just the smell in the air. Foolish, yes, livestock is to be in the country, but livestock farming is a lot different than it was before. Most of these animals never see the outside, touch actual ground or have much space to move around. I also want to point out that 80% of London township signed a petition saying they wanted this further investigated before it was just pushed through and approved. The way I see it, Belshan is just doing what we elected him to do!

All I can say is that I hope people from other parts of the state and country aren't reading this. I am embarrassed by what is going on here and ashamed to say I live near and work in this town if this is the way people here behave. Shame on some of you!

I find it hard to believe that all of the barricades were removed as there was more than one and they had snow fence weaved in them. And, as stated by my3sons, when you turn on to county road 34 there is a barricade that states the road is closed ahead, I know for a fact that is was in place the night of the accident and that would be the only way on to this road from the north!
