I think that some people who come onto this website think that they could have written the article better the people who actually do it for a living. I do think that they put the option of posting a comment for the result of hearing thoughts on the story not about the writer themself. albertleab, maybe you should send your comment to letters to the editor??

I would just like to say that purduekelli has a point. Virginian, you are spending your time arguing and putting down other people's opinions. I agree that you may disagree with what people have to say but there is no reason to make an all day argument and insult people's intelligence.

I think that these girls deserve everything they have coming to them. If people honestly think they have been beaten up enough by the press.. thats ridiculous!!! THEY HAD IT COMING!! AND-- being from a small town, they should of known that it was gonna blow up huge. I also agree with the other users that have written if it would have been two teenage boys, they would have much harsher reality. Its honestly pathetic that these girls are getting more lienancy! I also believe that they should take Craig Nelson off the case.. if he knows what these girls are going through at a personal level (via FAMILY FRIENDS WITH BROITZMAN & LARSON FAMILIES) he is obviously not going to make it harder than he has to.
