iamwoman, it's a shame your neighbors didn't have the good sense to call the clinic first to ask about re-scheduling. I am certain they would not have been the only people to do so, thus allowing them to make another appointment for the very near future. At some point in our lives, we have to take responsibility for our own actions. To blame the clinic in this situation is nothing short of ludicrous. I hope your neighbors are ok and will think twice before they do this again.

Nice article, but I want to comment that the stomach "flu" is not true influenza. The flu shot does not protect you against a stomach "flu."
