Last year I came to the parade with 15 minutes to spare. Guess what? I found a great seat over by St Theos. It's not like you won't get to see the parade if you don't put your chair out 2 days ahead of time. I don't get it. And please keep your chairs off the side walks if you're going to put it out early. That becomes a safety issue for others.

They make our city look trashy. A compromise: allow them at noon or later on the day of the parade.

When my son transferred to college this year, this particular college took the actual letter grade earned in each AP class. If it was a B+, it transferred as a B. If it was an A-, it transferred as an A. They did not consider the points.
On Grads can attain better than 4.0
