regarding the "who started it" routine at the bar, grow up! (well he started it! is so juvenile)
Sure, whitey "started it" by roughing up the gal. As I recall, she was pushing him around as well. That argument was successfully broken up.
The problem, and my point, lies with the black man, who was never involved, started a whole new argument with violence for no reason!
nuff said.

No, not all hispanics are here illegally, but the ones that commit crimes, often are, here illegally. The one in this case is here legally, but I don't believe he is a US citizen. All hispanics that are here to work, are not citizens. That is where the rest of my argument points. Those that are of hispanic decent that are US citizens are, in fact, AMERICANS! (I do hope some day those who choose to wear blinders, actually start seeing this point)

With regards to the minority blame and so forth, let me just say racial stereotypes exist for a reason. Recently a white boy was dumping beer on a woman's head and shoved her to the ground at the Nasty Habit. A couple other white boys stepped between the couple, and the instigator backed off. Nothing more happened UNTIL..... When everyone was leaving at bar close, the white instigator called upon the help of a black man to start a fight with the group that stepped in and broke up the first fight! That black man took a swing, unprovoked, at the other party. The white party drove off, with the black man swearing and chasing the vehicle.
It's not racism, it's FACT
Illegals and hispanic imports are causing problems for all who live here legally. Consider these facts:
Hispanics and illegals WILL work for lower wages
Companies gladly pay these lower wages for the same work
The legal US citizens are now out of a job, lost to the above workers
Now these out of work citizens are turning to crimes and other forms of "entertainment" to make ends meet and pass the hours of trying to find jobs that simply don't exist.
It's not racial, it's FACT
Yes something needs to be done. Sure, there were crimes before we were invaded by illegals and foreign workers, however, when the laws of immigration were upheld, there were better paying jobs for the majority!
But, it's too late. Our country is too far gone. It's going socialist. Democracy is a thing of the past. For those of us who actually remember it, it's sad to see it go. For our children, they are DOOMED!

Wow, all this murder and attempted murder taking place on, around, or with people working at Cargill! Ever since that place got bought by Cargill, the workers have really gone down hill! The two that were fighting with acid the other day were working AT Cargill at the time! Should be interesting to see what happens next!

Does there seem to be a pattern to the homes that fail inspection? Such as area? Year of manufacture? Builder? Does anyone care?
I really don't see how 3% of homes having a tile connection to the sewer is going to make 97% of homes have the potential for sewer backup. Let's get a little more realistic here.

What I would like to see done with the old farmland site is redirect front street northward from frank avenue to the tracks, then turning east to connect with garfield avenue. That way the area south of that new road could become a park area, with easy and safe access to the lake and blazing star trail. I could see pavilions, picnic tables, parking area made from the old front street, etc. How much better use could we possibly create out of that!?

Not all parents deserve the "parent of the year" award... there are a lot of worthless parents out there. Wether this woman fits that or not, I can not say. Would you feel the same if the mommy beat the kid with a chain for complaining while daddy was shoving unholy things up his rear? And several years later he snaps over the comments she continues to make toward him over the whole ordeal? Probably not.

When is the city going to become involved with cleaning up and purposing the old Farmland site? I think this needs to be addressed before the old Mexico Lindo site.
On City to buy Mexico Lindo property
