Car-flippin' action!

Yesterday Tim and I went to the demolition derby at the Freeborn County Fair. I took along my little digital camera to see if I could capture a highlight or two. Though my video taking skills are less than stellar, I managed to get some car-flipping footage. (The real action starts about 50 seconds into this video.) Amazing!

It's terribly satisfying. Cars, which we normally protect and cherish, are suddenly caught up in an endless string of car accidents. Well, I guess it's not an accident if it's intentional. But they are full-on, unadulterated collisions, and no one has to take down any insurance information. You just back up and do it again.
