Published Thursday, August 13, 2009
Big News! The end of this summer's AARP/Blue Zones Walking Moai Program is upon us. All steps, points and hours must be done by August 23 at 8pm in order to count toward the final total. All steps must be reported by coordinators to me by August 26th at 8pm. And the final wrap-up event will be on August 27th...more details coming soon!

2) 3,182,538 - AL Lakers
3) 3,148,953 - The Jolly Walkers
4) 3,082,150 - Wanna Hobbie Walkin' Walkers
5) 2,888,281 - Southside Rockets

A 'moai point' is earned each time a whole team walks together.

In the results, you'll notice a blue column to the right of the yellow totals columns. That blue column shows the number of people in each team. Team leaders, if you don't have a number there for your team, please report the number of people on your team to your area coordinator who will then report to one of the three co-directors. This information is very important. Thanks!
