Workers steer a crane operator Wednesday at the Exol plant in Glenville as they assemble a storage tank. The $16.8 million building project to expand the facility began in September and, according to Administrative Assistant Jenni Westcott, things have been running smoothly. The addition to the plant, scheduled to be done in September, 2001, will increase the normal production of ethanol from 15 million gallons per year to 36 million.
