Arun Amin and Kirit Joshi took over ownership of the hotel on West Main Street on March 15, and expect to become part of the Guest House International Inn franchise within a few days.

The owners also hope to remodel the facility this spring, including the Courtyard restaurant and Nite’s Out lounge, Joshi said.

Guests at the 126 room facility will still be offered the same dining and entertainment options, including pool and conference rooms, but can expect a higher standard of service and updated facilities, he said.

The hotel is suitable for all kinds of guests, from vacationing families to traveling business people, he said. Joshi and Amin are excited about serving their new clientele.

&uot;With out customers we wouldn’t have this show,&uot; Joshi said. &uot;All customers are our gods.&uot;

There will be no change in the annual Easter buffet offered, Joshi said. The owners expect to serve around 400 people at the buffet this year.
