To fight the rising water, David Poole of Poole Electric tosses some sand bags next to the entrance of his business on East Main Street in Albert Lea Thursday. Other areas of the city are also flooded including Lakeview Boulevard, which is under water and closed by the entrance to Edgewater Park.
