The funeral service for Edythe Marjorie Hoverson will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at St. John’s Lutheran Home Chapel, Albert Lea. The Revs. Monrad Mandsager and Philip Peters will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Bonnerup Funeral Service, and one hour before the service at the chapel.

Funeral services for Helena W. Anderson, age 73, of Wells, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 20, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wells. The Rev. Meg Sander will officiate. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the Bruss – Heitner Funeral Rome in Wells, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Rosehill Cemetery in Wells.

Lester A. Flo, 82 of Lake Mills, Iowa, died Monday, May 14, 2001, at his home in Lake Mills, Iowa.

Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 18, at Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills with the Rev. Roger Dykstra officiating.

Visitation was from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Mittelstadt Funeral Home in Lake Mills and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial was in Salem Memorial Cemetery in Lake Mills.

Donald R. Johnson, age 75, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2001 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas.

Oakley Rodger Sahr, age 82, of Bricelyn, died Tuesday, May 15, at his home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bricelyn Lutheran Church. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home, Bricelyn, with an 8 p.m. prayer service, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Beverly J. Korn, age 64, of Walters, died Thursday, May 17, at the Albert Lea Medical Center. Arrangements are pending at the Bonnerup Funeral Service.

Erna Tesch, age 71, of Waldorf, died Thursday, May 17, at Nancy’s Comfort Care in rural Kasota, Minn. Arrangements are pending at the Bruss-Heitner Funeral
