Collette Turcotte of the Community Action Agency speaks to a gathering of media representatives and business, political and civic leaders from Freeborn County Wednesday about effective ways to handle the aftermath of the recent fire at Farmland Foods. Turcotte was only one of several speakers who met in the City Council chambers, and said there needs to be an effort made to keep Spanish-speaking Albert Leans informed of the situation.
