Voting places in Albert Lea are determined by your ward:

n Brookside Education Center serves Wards I and IV in the city of Albert Lea.

n Halverson Elementary School serves Ward VI.

n United Methodist Church serves Wards II, III and V.

General descriptions of Albert Lea city wards:

n Ward I: Roughly the area west of Bridge Avenue, and north of a line created by Fountain Lake and Hawthorne Street.

n Ward II: Roughly the area south of Fountain Lake, north of Main Street, east of Highway 69 and West of Broadway Avenue.

n Ward III: Roughly the area south and east of Ward II; west of a line created by the Chicago Northwestern Railroad and Broadway.

n Ward IV: Roughly the area east of Bridge, north of Fountain Lake, south of Hawthorne and north of the railroad

n Ward V: Roughly the area north of Fourth Street, east of the railroad, and south and east of an angle created by Main Street and Broadway.

n Ward VI: Roughly the area South of Fourth Street and east of Broadway.
