As the weather starts to resemble a normal Minnesota winter, traffic accidents due to slipping mount. Six accidents were reported in Albert Lea on Monday alone, and a semi-trailer rolled over Tuesday.

According to the Albert Lea Police Department, the roll-over occurred around 8:45 a.m. on Happy Trails Lane.

The trailer slid off the shoulder of the road and fell over sideways. The driver had a minor injury and was treated at Naeve Hospital.

The six accidents on Monday were either one- or two-car accidents, but nobody was injured.
