David Allen Schultz, age 58, was born at Freeborn, the son of Peter Paul Schultz and Beatrice Stensrud Schultz.

He was educated at the Freeborn Schools and the University of Arizona in the field of Public Administration. He was employed by the city of Glendale, Ariz., in Water Conservation. He authored &uot;Improve your Life Through Dousing.&uot;

He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Schultz, and brother, Timothy.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Doni of Glendale, Ariz.; his mother, Beatrice Schultz of Freeborn; brothers: Rodney and wife Linda of Coralville, Iowa, and Schultz of Mankato; nephews: Tim, Tom, Peter and Matt; and a wide circle of friends.

A memorial service will be held in Glendale, Ariz.
