GLENVILLE &045; Coach Craig Rayman got to see a lot of different players while using several combinations for the Glenville-Emmons volleyball team Thursday night.

All worked wonderfully.

The Wolverines dominated 3-0 in a Southeast Conference match with Grand Meadow, winning 15-5, 15-1 and 15-8 at Glenville.

&uot;Tonight, some of the kids stepped up,&uot; said Rayman. &uot;They got the opportunity to play and they did well.&uot;

And they backed each other.

&uot;The support from the bench was great,&uot; said Rayman. &uot;The players supported each other, and that’s crucial.&uot;

The Wolverines were 68-for-74 at the service line, a big improvement from Tuesday’s tough loss to Lyle/Austin Pacelli.

&uot;Our passing and setting were pretty crisp,&uot; said Rayman. &uot;And our hitting was also better tonight.&uot;

The Wolverines’ statistical leaders: Alisa Rayman 15-for-16 serving, six aces, 12 kills, one tip; Jenna Brackey 12-for-12 serving 3, three aces, nine assists; Katie Brackey 10-for-12 serving, eight assists; Amy Sola three kills, two blocks; Heidi Hansen, 6-for-6 serving, one ace; Megan Bjorklund, 8-for-9 serving, one ace, two kills, one tip; Emily Wulff 3-for-3 serving; Becky Ericksen 14-for-15 serving, one ace, two kills; Leann Chessmore one kill.

&uot;Amy Sola had a real good night at the net,&uot; said Coach Rayman.

The Wolverines evened their record at 2-2, all in conference play. They host Alden-Conger in a nonconference match Monday.
