Danny Harold Dahl, age 47, of Milford, Utah, passed away at his home in Milford on Nov. 19, 2002.
He was born on June 3, 1955 in Burbank, Calif., to Chester and Jewell Steene Dahl. He married Gloria Martha Flores Nov. 17, 1979, in Las Vegas, Nev.
Danny graduated from the Albert Lea High School in Minnesota in 1973. He was a man of many talents and received numerous awards for his marketing skills in business. He moved to Las Vegas, Nev., in 1976 and entered the gaming industry where he was successful with his marketing skills. Being in the industry for 25 years he applied for and received patents for his gaming inventions. Danny also enjoyed playing the guitar. He was an accomplished artist in china painting and pen and ink drawings. His favorite hobbies were fishing, cooking and model trains. He had a witty sense of humor. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria of Milford; and a daughter, Brazil Flores Dahl of Milford. He has two sisters, Cynthia and Scott Pearson of Milford, and Deborah and Tim Schwab of South Dakota; and his parents, Chester and Jewell Dahl of Milford.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Hoss Dahl.
There was a memorial service to honor his life on Saturday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. at the Milford LDS First Ward Chapel in Milford, Utah.
