The funeral service for Ronald Stiehl of 1516 Edina Ave., Albert Lea, will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002 at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea. The Rev. Wayne Halvorson will officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea, and one hour before the service.
Ronald passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002 at the age of 26.
Ronald was born Nov. 6, 1976 in Austin to Dale and Barbara (Berkholtz) Stiehl. He has been a lifetime Albert Lea resident and graduated in 1996 from Albert Lea High School. Ronald as a child was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church. He worked for Carroll George at Northwood, Iowa and Brown Printing in Waseca. Ronald enjoyed fishing, music, the outdoors and trying different things. He was very outgoing, well-liked and was always willing to help.
Ronald is survived by his father, Dale Stiehl of Albert Lea; mother, Barbara Stiehl of Loves Park, Ill.; brothers, James (Stiehl) Mills and his wife Pattie of Northwood, and Jeffrey Stiehl of Albert Lea; sister, Toni Carlson and her husband Perry of Anderson, S.C.; grandmother, Lois Stiehl of Albert Lea; aunt, Gloria Stiehl of St. Paul; uncle, Roland Stiehl and his wife Mary of Massachusetts; and aunt, Nancy Moredock and her husband Rich of Rockford, Ill.
Ronald is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Marvin Stiehl and Robert Berkholtz; grandmother, Anne Berkholtz; and uncle, Mark Allen Berkholtz.
Ronald will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
