Memorial services for Michelle Schaefer, age 23, of Albert Lea, will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. The Rev. George Marin will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Austin.

Michelle died on Monday, Feb. 10, 2003.

Michelle K. Schaefer was born on April 5, 1979, in Coon Rapids, Minn., the daughter of Greg T. Schaefer and Barbara Sheridan Wright. Michelle grew up in the Albert Lea area, where she attended school. She was full of life and lived her life to the fullest. Michelle loved spending time with her son, Sam.

Survivors include her son, Sam of Hollandale; parents: Barb and husband Richard Wright of Greensboro, N.C., and Greg and wife Jill Schaefer of Carson City, Nev.; brothers: Jacob Schaefer, Matthew Liter, Austin Wright and J. D. Stout; and many other family members and friends.
