Future uncertain

The Glenville-Emmons Middle School was built in 1922 and now

houses fourth through eighth grades. The school is located in

Emmons on Main Street. The school board voted against a motion

to close the elementary school in Glenville Monday, meaning the

Emmons school may be closed instead. The board will meet again

next Monday.
