Library patrons work at computers Tuesday. The addition of computers, as well as other new media, has eaten up much of the space at the library, and the city has discussed building a new one. The city council, however, voted down a new library study by a 4-3 vote Tuesday, citing financial constraints and the need for more discussion on a potential site.
