The following gardens and artists will be featured:

Norm and Connie Peterson

After the two large and the two small gardens, visitors can enjoy the quiet woodland setting with the dry “river” bed. Don’t miss the farm-type garden fixtures. Artist Jim Wegner will be painting live in the garden.

Frank and Mary Trotter

This couple’s landscaping features many outdoor rooms with sitting areas. People can walk on unique footpaths, and the hand-built fence with copper leaves, the fountains and pool await visitors. Albert Lea potter Karen Schulz will be featured Friday and Saturday; she’ll be joined Saturday by Leanne Castillo, who does Midwest landscapes and portraits.

Neil and Barb Lang

In the gardens at Clark Gables, people can walk through the gazebo to see the Grecian-type figurines and three water gardens with fountains. There are also raised flower beds and a formal garden. Artist in the garden is Beth Tostenson, watercolorist of still-life and architecture.

Jerome and Elaine Baer

This garden features both annuals and perennials. All are labeled and there are many color groupings. Special details include an English-type garden, a patio and a sunroom. Artist in garden is Jo Anne Willemsen, a potter from Mason City.

Jay and Karen Hutchison

Many structures in this garden are made from recycled items. Perennials are in a pioneer-type rural setting with many splashes of color.

Artist in the garden on Friday is watercolorist Barb Butler of Albert Lea. On Saturday, it’s Mame Furnish, a sculptor from Mason City.

Chuck and Jeanine Anderson

The gardens encircle the couple’s property. There are gardens for both sun and shade, with 100 or more Hosta plants with 40 or more cultivars. There are also many cultivars of Astilbe. Artist in the garden is the Lens and Shutter Photography Club.

Scott and Sharlet Boelter

This older farm home is situated on 23 acres. Many flowering and berried shrubs flank the driveway. The granary, recreated for storage, is surrounded by flowering plants. Artist in the garden is Susanne Crane, multi-media acrylic painter and jewelry artist.
