Boni was born Feb. 6, 1950 and she left us July 5, 2003, after a 13 and a half year bout with cancer.

Boni graduated from Ellendale High School in 1968.

On Sept. 25, 1971 Boni married Edward Eisel at the Geneva Community Lutheran Church, they moved to Colorado where they made their home.

Boni was a member of the Colorado Air National Guard, where she rose to the rank of Mas. Sargent. She was activated to active duty during the Desert Storm War.

She is survived by her husband Ed; three children, Ronda and her husband John Stackpole, Tara Eisel and Eric Eisel; three grandchildren, Halie Eisel, Kyle and Kaytlin Stackpole all of Aurora, Colo.; her parents Jean and Lee Johnson of Ellendale and Leo and Alice Simonson of Clarks Grove; two sister, Gladys and Leroy Peterson of Albert Lea and Lori Simonson of Clarks Grove; one brother, Vernon and Jeanie Simonson of Clarks Grove and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Boni was preceded in death by her grandparents John and Clara Karanda and Joe and Clara Simonson and a nephew Jamie Peterson.
