Nina Leighty Hauglum passed away peacefully on July 9, 2003 at the age of 108 having partially lived in three centuries. Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Jane McKey (and her friend Robert Carlson); grandson, Terry (Julie) McKey; great-granddaughter, Jackie ( Shawn) McIntee; great-grandson, John McKey; great-great-grandchildren, Kendall and Connor McIntee; sister, Laetetia Buley and several nieces and nephews.

Nina taught elementary school in Glenville for 46 years before retiring in 1964. She received her 65-year Membership Pin in the Order of the Eastern Star in 1998.

Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.

Memorial service 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 14, at the Minnesota Masonic Home Chapel. A second service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 15 at First Methodist Church, Glenville.
