Carol J. Olsen, 70 of Lake Mills died Friday, Aug. 1, 2003 at the Muse Norris Hospice Unit in Mason City. Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2003 at Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills with Rev. Roger Dykstra officiating. There is no visitation, her body was donated to The University of Des Moines Science Department. Family will greet friends prior to the service at the church on Monday morning, in lieu of flowers, family request memorials be given to Hospice of North Iowa.
