Roger Allen Flom, age 47, of Faribault, died Sunday, March 28, 2004, at his home.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 3, at First English Lutheran Church with the Rev. Meredith Bedker Musaus officiating. Interment will be in the Moland Cemetery, rural Kenyon.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 2, at The Boldt Funeral Home in Faribault, and also in the church for one hour prior to the services on Saturday.

Roger was born on Oct. 3, 1956, to Marvin and Mildred (Young) Flom. He graduated from Faribault High School in 1974. He worked at Chadderdon Lumber for many years. He was an avid sportsman.

He is survived by companion, Dianne Schiell and her children, Ken, Jamie and Kyle Schiell, and her grandchildren, Jalynn and Leighton Schiell, all of Faribault; and his five siblings: Sharon (and William) Dixon of Faribault, Sandra (and Gerald) Hanson of Rosemount, Dennis (and Kristen) Flom of Albert Lea, James (and Cheryl) Flom of Owatonna, and Judy (and Brian) Wilson of Faribault; nieces; nephews; and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
