Clinton L. Schneider, age 86, of Rondo Beach, Calif., died May 12 after a brief illness with pneumonia.

Mr. Schneider was a graduate of Albert Lea High School Class of 1935, a World War II veteran and a graduate from the University of Minnesota. His business career was spent with the Prudential Insurance and Mortgage Company until retirement. During the years Mr. Schneider returned to Albert Lea to renew acquaintances and to attend his class reunions. A memorial service will be held May 26 at 11 a.m. in a Lutheran Church in Rondo Beach.

Mr. Schneider is survived by his wife, Harriet; two daughters; and a son. Condolences may be sent to his family at 1905 Speyer Lane, Rondo Beach, CA, 90278.
