Memorial services for Lanna S. Lunde, age 55, of San Jacinto, Calif., will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. The Rev. George Marin will officiate. Interment will be in the Moscow Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may greet the family one hour prior to the services at Bayview.

Lanna died March 21, 2004, in California from breast cancer.

Lanna Sue Lunde was born in Albert Lea on Oct. 2, 1948. She was a freelance writer, model, and in sales for ABC 15 years ago. She had received writing awards and was a published poet.

Survivors include her daughter, Shanna Nichols of San Jacinto, Calif.; her mother, Jean Lunde of Santa Maria, Calif.; three grandchildren; brothers: Danny of Minnesota and Dusty of Washington; and a sister, Linda Lunde of Hawaii.
