Memorial services for Matthew Jon Rohne of Rural Glenville, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 26, at the Faith Lutheran Church in London. Pastor Reuben Unseth will officiate. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 4 until 7 at the Faith Lutheran Church.

Matthew died suddenly Thursday in Farley, Iowa. He was 35 years of age.

Matt was born Aug. 5, 1968 in Albert Lea, the son of Allen and Judith (Bergo) Rohne. He graduated from Glenville High School and attended Vermillion Community College in Ely.

He was employed the London Township Maintenance Dept., and part time with the Lukes Brothers Farms. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church.

Matt loved the out of doors especially hunting, fishing and trapping. He also enjoyed Indian artifacts and looking for treasures with his metal detector.

Matt is survived by his parents Allen and Judith of Glenville, sister Michelle (Mickey) and her husband Greg Severtson of Hayward, niece Kennedy Severtson, step grandmother Alicia Bergo of Northwood, Iowa, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Martin (Betty) Rohne and Orvin (Mildred) Bergo. One Cousin also preceded him, Jonathan Bergo.
