A Celebration of Life Service for Carolyn Margaret Noe, age 64, of Albert Lea, will be held
2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30,

Carolyn entered the presence of Jesus, her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer.
Carolyn Noe was born Dec. 15, 1939, to Kenneth and Florence Finnamore in Minneapolis. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1957 and attended Northwestern College for two years. During her college years Carolyn worked for the Billy Graham Association. On Aug. 5, 1960, Carolyn was united in marriage to Ronald Noe at Grace Community Church in Golden Valley. The couple resided in Minneapolis from 1960-1963, spent three years in Alden from 1963-1966, and then lived in Albert Lea from 1966 to the present. Carolyn was a member of Crossroads Evangelical Free Church and served on the Caring and Finance committees and was also involved in Women’s Ministries. She was the past secretary at Youth For Christ and was also secretary, pianist, choir member, and Awana leader at Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Ronald of Albert Lea; daughter, Susan and husband Daniel Fisher of Anoka; sons: Richard and wife Julie of Farmington, and David and wife Joyce of Coon Rapids; nine grandchildren: Emily and Andrew Fisher; Isaac, Esther, Caleb and Rachel Noe; and Madelyn, Delaney and Kathryn Noe; and brother, Kenneth Finnamore and wife Darlene of Plymouth.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; and a granddaughter, Maggie Mae Noe.
Carolyn was the love of her husband’s life and the treasure of her children. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She will be missed by many family and friends.
