Eunice Mae Wichmann, 74, Albert Lea

The funeral service for Eunice Mae Wichmann was held at First Lutheran Church Chapel in Albert Lea on Tuesday, Jan. 25. Interment was in Graceland Cemetery.
Mrs. Wichmann died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at the Good Samaritan Center.
She was born in Albert Lea on Feb. 7, 1920, the daughter of Adolph and May (Peterson) Halseth. She attended Albert Lea Schools. She married George (Bud) Wichmann Jr. on July 26, 1941, at the First Presbyterian Church in Albert Lea.
She is survived by four daughters: Rosie and her husband Vernon Rasmussen of Albert Lea, Marilyn and her husband Daniel Roth of Viroqua, Wis., Sue and her husband, Bill Whiteaker of Fairfax, S.C., and Kathy and her husband Greg Lutteke of Conger; nine grandchildren: Tami (Mrs. Dan) Bellrichard, Sherri Rasmussen, Kim (Mrs. Mark) Yehle, Jeff (Chris) and Scott (Erin) Roth, Jennifer (Mrs. Greg) Land, Michael Whiteaker, Amy (Mrs. Kendall) Davis, and Chad Lutteke; 13 great-grandchildren: Amber, Jason, Lynsey, Samantha, Angelica, Austin, Arabella, April, Averianna, Caden, Isarel, Ashley and Cameron; four sisters: Helen Mallory of Austin, Lorraine Groff of Albert Lea, Norma Ruud of Albert Lea, and Delores Syed of Los Angeles, Calif.; one brother, Nordean Halseth of Perry, Fla.; two brothers-in-law: Marvin (Mike) Groff and Roy Wichmann; and two sisters-in-law: Norma Wichmann and Barbara Halseth. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; her parents; two sisters: Clarine and Mildred, and several sisters- and brothers-in-law.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Blessed be her memory.
