Waldomar Anderson, 73, Knoxville, Tenn.

Waldomar (Wally) Norris Anderson Sr., age 73, departed this life peacefully on Feb. 22, 2005, at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn. He was of the Lutheran faith.
Born Oct. 22, 1931, Wally was well known to many as “Pops.” He served in the Air Force. After the military, he continued with what he loved by owning and operating a Kirby dealership in Albert Lea for many years before owning and operating Vacuum City in Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willy and Lila; and a daughter, Melody.
He is survived by a brother, Cecil, and a sister, Wilma; a son, Wally Anderson Jr. of Tennessee; and daughters, Darlene of Wisconsin, Marilyn of Iowa, Bonnie of Iowa and Kimberly of Tennessee; grandchildren, Trey, Ashley, Kendra and Amanda all of Tennessee, Teri and Tammy of Minnesota, Gretchen and Chad of Iowa, Jody of Illinois, Lisa of Iowa, Treaver of Florida, Summer and Kirby of Oregon; many great-grand children; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
Pops was very special to all who knew him and he will be sadly missed and forever loved.
